I think thatforecast was with heavier rainfall then what they got over western Harris county in the watershed...s since I saw those same reports on twitter hours ago....a slight shift east prevented it
I expect “good news...rainfall amounts were lower then what we expected” or something soon
Both long range models have a tropical system in the gulf..in fact one looks like a carbon copy of right now... same position as harvey right now next week
