People have had a lot to say on Colin Kaepernick's decision to protest the national anthem, but there is one undeniable fact: It has impacted how we watch football.
Now it's being recognized again. Kaepernick is getting his own exhibit in the National Museum of African American History.

As if I needed another reason not to go there.
I’m sick of hearing about Colin Kaepernick. If he wanted to be an NFL player, he shouldn’t have given up his job as an NFL player.
It’s impacted how we don’t watch football.
The sad part is that the reason why they’re giving Kaepernick a spot is because they literally don’t have anything else going on in black history that’s worth mentioning.
So, it’s a pile of Obamastuff in a jar?
'History!' Kaepernick wrote on Instagram Oct. 15 [2015], when he marked 50 years since the Black Panther Party was founded.
Kaepernick has posted 170 photos or videos on his Instagram account in the four years since he created it. Most of his first 128 posts were pics of him in football gear, publicity photos or shots taken with friends.
But 31 of his last 42 posts have strong social justice connotations, often featuring quotes from radical Nation of Islam leader Malcolm X, Black Panthers founder Huey Newton and cop killer Assata Shakur. [aka, JoAnne Chesimard]
During a Sunday news conference about the flag flap, Kaepernick dressed in a black hat with a large, white X and a T-shirt that featured photos of Cuban despot Fidel Castro and Malcolm X.

[1960s/original] Black Panther Party [BPP] Archives
From the article: REVOLUTIONARY HEROES
"On May 1st, May Day [1969], the day of the gigantic Free Huey rally, two of Alioto's top executioners vamped on the brothers from the Brown Community who were attending to their own affairs. These brothers, who are endowed with the revolutionary spirit of the Black Panther Party defended themselves from the racist pig gestapo [the police].
Pig Joseph Brodnik received his just reward with a big hole in the chest. Pig Paul McGoran got his in the mouth which was not quite enough to off him.
The revolutionary brothers escaped the huge swarm of pigs with dogs, mace, tanks and helicopters, proving once again that "the spirit of the people is greater than the man's technology."
To these brothers the revolutionary people of racist America want to say, by your revolutionary deed you are heroes, and that you are always welcome to our camp."

Sounds like a museum celebrating 2nd rate accomplishments and failed losers - especially if they host an exhibit to this leftist tool.
A black acquaintance of mine “tweeted” that the first AA astronaut should have been “ALL OVER THE NEWS”. My first thought was why?
Nearly 60 years after the first astronauts accomplished the impossible.
Yep...2nd rate accomplishments.
That’s OK,they have to fill the space with something,I guess, and that must be difficult for them or they would not be doing this.
.
African American History Museum must be really hurting for exhibits.
So our taxpayer dollars are funding his exhibit?
Next we’ll be asked to pay him a QB unemployment salary because, racism.
So if you disrespect America you’re honored by the Afro-American history museum ... even, as in this case, if you’re only fractionally black. (I suppose that’s because his public display of ingratitude toward America makes up for his significant melanin deficiency.)
Remember way, way back a week ago when museums exhibits were keyed to actual and significant historical facts rather than current events?
Is there a “Guys with muslim girl-friends” museum as well? Simultaneous exhibits, after all. I wonder what would be in a museum dedicated to muslim accomplishments would look like, and what exhibits that would have?
It good to know that he has something to back him up, because most of the football fans I know think he’s a spoiled brat who doesn’t appreciate what football gave to him. Personally, I will never watch any game where’s he’s on the field or on the bench.
There.
Fixed.
There.
Fixed.
Why hasn’t Trump replaced the leadership at the locations to prevent outrages like this?
The same Af-Am museum that has no (zero) exhibit or mention of Justice Clarence Thomas
But no Clarence Thomas exhibit? Museums aren’t what they used to be.
