Apparently, as long as violent leftists label their victims “fascists,” they are free to set fires, smash windows and beat civilians bloody. No police officer will stop them. They have carte blanche to physically assault anyone they disapprove of, including Charles Murray, Heather Mac Donald, Ben Shapiro, me, and Milo Yiannopoulos, as well as anyone who wanted to hear us speak.
Even far-left liberals like Evergreen State professor Bret Weinstein will be stripped of police protection solely because the mob called him a “racist.”
If the liberal shock troops deem local Republicans “Nazis” — because some of them support the duly elected Republican president — Portland will cancel the annual Rose Festival parade rather than allow any Trump supporters to march.
They’re all “fascists”! Ipso facto, the people cracking their skulls and smashing store windows are “anti-fascists,” or as they call themselves, “antifa.”
We have no way of knowing if the speakers at the Charlottesville “Unite the Right” rally last weekend were “Nazis,” “white supremacists,” or passionate Civil War buffs, inasmuch as they weren’t allowed to speak. The Democratic governor shut the event down, despite a court order to let it proceed.
We have only visuals presented to us by the activist media, showing some participants with Nazi paraphernalia. But for all we know, the Nazi photos are as unrepresentative of the rally as that photo of the drowned Syrian child is of Europe’s migrant crisis. Was it 1 percent Nazi or 99 percent Nazi?
As the “Unite the Right” crowd was dispersing, they were forced by the police into the path of the peace-loving, rock-throwing, fire-spraying antifa. A far-left reporter for The New York Times, Sheryl Gay Stolberg, tweeted live from the event: ....

Remember when it was said that if you had one drop of Negro Blood you were a Negro? I think that saying came from Robert Byrd, but I could be mistaken.
The same applies to attendance at a Rally where one Nazi shows up I guess.
The guys on top of someone beating his head in and shouting “fascist”, is the fascist as a good general rule.
There is nothing wrong with defending yourself when physically attacked.
Ideally and more preferred is to call the police because the overwhelm majority of them like President Trump and our on our sides. Ditto the military.
Nevertheless, I do not advocate attacking Leftist at all. That will just give them more fire. They lose when they attack us first.

Not Byrd. It was colonial law in many of the original colonies, and it became state law in many states after the Revolution.
I wish that Republicans would put things in perspective like Anne Coulter does. She compares the reactions of Dems in similar situations. Trump fights back, but I wish that he also would do like Anne does, by showing how Dems and the media are hypocrites.
There are times Coulter irritates me to no end. And then there are times she is brilliant. This is one of those times. She is spot on. I too thank God we don’t have a Rubio or Roney for President. #MAGA

Um, if you haven't been paying attention, police stood to the side and watched at the Berkley riots, the Baltimore riots, and at the Charlottesville riots, to name just a few. The police couldn't give a flip about President Trump or you getting smashed over the head with a bike lock... all they care about are their gold-plated pension plans.
I am very concerned about Trump coming to Phoenix next week, as the police and sheriff's department there have both been severely compromised by Loretta Lynch and the Ovomit gang. They are planning on putting former Sheriff Arpaio in jail for doing his job and obeying the Constitutional law of the land, if you hadn't heard.
I thought it was carryover.
Extremely disappointed - disgusted even - with Romney and Rubio.
It might have been better to hold the event in one of the Republican suburbs.
Well, geez, I don’t know how to say this without sounding really callous, but the right kind of got “scoreboard” in the C-ville situation. Although one alt right leader did get blinded by bear spray - don’t know if he’s got his vision back yet.
I’m no white supremacist, but these guys are fighting not for supremacy but for our freaking right to exist.
