Hey Lemon, it’s the Democrats who are racists: Democrats voted against the Civil Rights Act, Democrats ruled cities that kept minorities in slums for decades, Democrats owned slaves, Democrats fought for slavery, Democrats like Maxine Waters live in million-dollar homes out of her district while her constituents live in the “projects,” Democrats kept feeding minorities the welfare check in exchange for votes, and on and on and on. If Republicans are racist Dandy Don Lemon had better tell Ben Carson, Condoleezza Rice, Herman Cain, and many other Black Republicans and Black Republican voters. Well Donnie, how many years did you spend researching the black troops who served during the Civil War? How many historical societies, and libraries did you visit to view first-hand sources of their life experiences? How many of their military and pension records did you look at to learn about the men who fought for this country? How many of their descendants did you track down to share information with? How many historical sites and battlefields did you visit to see where they fought and died? How many of their graves have you visited? I’ve done all of that, and I did it for a good many years, not for any monetary enrichment, but for my own personal interest, and although I’m a white female, I probably know more about black history than you do. And gee Donnie, I voted for Trump to be my President, so I guess that makes me a racist in your eyes.
