Walmart’s C.E.O. Joins Group to Rebuke Trump Over Charlottesville

Walmart’s chief executive issued a strong rebuke of President Trump’s response to the protests that turned violent in Charlottesville, Va., saying the president “missed a critical opportunity to help bring our country together.”

The criticism came in a statement that the retailer’s chief executive, Doug McMillon, emailed to employees Monday evening, which was reviewed by The New York Times. The statement was later posted on a company website.

“As we watched the events and the response from President Trump over the weekend, we too felt that he missed a critical opportunity to help bring our country together by unequivocally rejecting the appalling actions of white supremacists,” he wrote.

After Bozos at Amazon opened his mouth, Walmart was my go to site for on line purchases. The selection and service is second rate at Walmart but they were, up until now, relatively quiet on political issues.

Time to move on again.

Wally’s worried that Trump is going to slow the federal gravy train to Walmart.

Another pet of the commie media.

Who needs them?

Obviously their need to virtue signal is more important than good policy for American jobs.

What is WITH these !@(*heads? Trump’s initial response was perfectly fine. He didn’t go “far enough” to make some people happy? Screw that. They’re all leftist, anti-Trump, anti-American fools who will NEVER be happy with anything he says anyway about anything because their corrupt little old witch didn’t win the election.

I’m more than sick of these people, including the spineless Republicans who were knocking each other over on their way to the mikes the other day to spout nonsense about peace, love and understanding (like either side is going to listen to them).

If anything, Walmart used to have a decidedly conservative bend on political and social issues. Sam Walton must be spinning in his grave right about now.

White supremacist groups AND black supremacist groups have to be condemned. We have to name names and tell it like it is.

Walmart seems to be condoning black supremacist groups.

Shocker. Sam’s Club is run by a black female racist.

I believe she was canned, but shame on Walmart for joining in on this charade.

No duh, talk about someone with a whole lot else to worry about.

Walmart stores are so poorly and sparely managed these days, with PC college grads and newbies thinking they have a handle on managing things and people. LOL! Nope, not even close.

McMillon’s obviously another hard PC and clueless MBA ‘visionary’. Who robs Walmart blind, McMillon? Who spoils product in your stores? Who eats a meal from the shelves, shoves the wrappers behind stuff and skates? The ones you pander to. Idiot.

WTH did President Trump have to do with Charlottesville? He wasn’t there. He made condemnations all around. He offered condolences. Pansy butts.

We are watching and taking note.
