It probably happened after he got Soros money.
FWIW, my son thinks the alt-right is hilarious. He sees the use of swastikas as a major way to troll liberals, not as an expression of anti-sémitisme. He also loves Pepe the frog.
Yes, there's obviously something very wrong with this picture, as the counter-protesters were very much OWS types. And there's no question he was at least both of those things (Obama supporter, OWS supporter). Still not positive on him being the CNN guy, though. At my request the mods replaced the ! at the end of my original thread title to ?.
He admits he was both an Obama and Occupy Wall Street supporter in this linked Alex Jones interview from yesterday (Aug 14), beginning at about the 32-min mark.
I am able to see the poster on the FR page after following your link.
That sure is an ugly poster, reminiscent of every totalitarian propaganda poster that ever existed. That lends evidence to the false flag hypothesis—liberals seem to like dictator themed posters, the right not so much.
Interesting image. Who is the gray haired, fair skinned person in between the two black men?
It probably happened after he got Soros money.
The way I see it, it was a FAKE transformation. The guy was a leftist plant, IMO.
Are you sure it’s not HUGH and SERIES?
I don’t know who he is, but he looks a little confused to be where he is.
Maybe he thought it was going to be like the 60’s with young girls handing out flowers.
Or he could be an old homeless guy who was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Am I supposed to be outraged? Am I supposed to be shocked?
It looks good to me.
Certainly more meaningful and interesting than Paul Ryan ‘Better Way’ BS.
Again, am I supposed to be shocked?
The below statement might be painfully vain but I suspect this is more trolling than vanity.
“Richard Spencer claims conservatives are bitter because he is more “intelligent” and “attractive” than they are.”
Sounds like we need to photoshop CNN in to the video of the guy running over the crowd at Harlottesville.
Nice to see you!
The Mayor of Charlottesville worked for John Podesta and Obama. The Governor is a Clintonista.
The Virginia State Police funnelled the people with a permit to be there right into Antifa who were armed with rocks, sticks, bottles and pepper spray.
Set up.
Both protestors & counter-protestors are socialists, as are the council members who renamed the park and work to remove the statue.
This was street theater staged by socialists.

I don’t care what you think. You want to follow these KKK white nationalists? Knock yourself out.
That lends evidence to the false flag hypothesisliberals seem to like dictator themed posters, the right not so much.
Well Nazis are liberals aren't they? The Nazis are white power fascists and Antifa are rainbow power fascists.
Alt Right...Alt Left...He’s a career dumbass, and who you’re hate mongering against is merely a question of fact. The outlook remains the same regardless.
Right now, the significant thing is that nobody came forward to say, "Hey, funny thing, I'm that Jason Kessler who contributed to CNN.com back in 2011, and I have the same name as the White nationalist guy!"
Because nobody has, it looks like today's Kessler might be the same guy from back then.
The person who might have been able to explain him best could have been Eric Hoffer, the now-forgotten "longshoreman philosopher" who wrote the book, The True Believer.
The KKK are also white power fascists.
Sure. No doubts about that.
