The video clip of those mutants smashing his windows with bats is going to weigh very heavily in this guy’s favor in a trial — even if all of it took place AFTER he ran people over.
It’s not that easy and it’s not that unreasonable to suspect he panic’d and/or decided fight in the fight or flight stage of things.
Let’s not forget the 1992 LA riots and that guy brrmumble mumble mumble getting pulled out of his truck and had his head caved in by a rock.

I’ve theorized so far ( not proved ) that the kid has mental issues from the start and they made him think he was being shot at when he heard his car getting smacked by projectiles so he impulsively floored it to get out of the line of fire.
The video showed a few posts above shows it. I wanted to see if the video was slowed down to make the car look like it was driving slow but the movement rate of the leftists attacking his car were steady thoughout so it is a genuine video and I think it does prove a panic situation.
Even though it seems like this a misguided kid with issues who got into envying nazis, he won’t be convicted because the evidence will show panic instead of mens rea.
Perhaps we should await a trial..

There appears to be three cars involved in this pile up.
Notice this video has a dark gray Charger with the trunk intact and flashing torn from the front end.
This vehicle is different than the two shown in the NBC video.

By my count, there are three vehicles involved: lead vehicle red mini van; middle vehicle gray/white sedan with damage on the front and rear (truck deck) and, finally, the gray Charger allegedly the guy from Ohio with a damaged front-end and no damage on the rear trunk deck.
Someone needs to explain why vehicle #1 and #2 are not being paraded in front of the cameras.
