Thanks, your photo didn't come through, at least on my end. So I copied the image location, did a search and found it. In any case, it does appear to be a flag that he is hitting the rear of the moving car with.
For some reason, it only seems to be available in this small (low resolution) size.

Thanks. Just now saw it. Was busy with other stuff earlier. Definitely not a baseball bat.
I'm only referring to the guy swinging the flag pole at the moving car, not the stuff about the reflections in the car's bumper.
