It’s just so sad. I still don’t think he would have killed himself but who knows?
Could you put me on that list please? I’d love to know more about this.
It seems conspicuous to me that there was no examination (or record of one) of the hands. Shouldn’t they have looked for gunshot residue? Or other signs that one of his hands was used to fire the weapon?
How about an exam of the entrance wound to give an estimate of how far away the gun was when it went off?
Since he was found in the water it’s interesting that there is no mention of searching the near shore water.
Found the morning of May 24. Autopsy dated May 25.
“Based on all the available information, this 37 year old, black male, Beranton Whisenant Jr., dies as a result of a gunshot wound of the head.
The manner of death is determined to be: Suicide”
I thought all such deaths were considered homicide until proven otherwise, yet within a day it was declared suicide.
Found early morning May 24, a Wednesday.
Arkancide
I saw something about the appearance of the hands. Wouldn’t the ocean have washed off residue?
I just want to know if there was a note found and where his car was and security camera footage.
