By now most discerning political followers have identified the ideological source of the attacks against HR McMaster. A widely diverse community of domestic America-Second interests that have come together, in common ideological purpose, to attack President Trump’s National Security Advisor.
Sadly these interests often use the divisive label of antisemitism to attack people behind policies they disagree with. It is an unfortunate, albeit historically predictable, approach. Specifically because of the agenda behind these attacks,

The Russians are not working for the Republican Party against the Democratic Party nor for the Democrats against the GOP, they are working against both the Republicans and the Democrats.
I wouldn’t be surprised if some of those Russian bots turned out to be Iranian or ‘others’

There goes Sundance from my list of smart thinkers. He is attacking me in that group, and nothing could be further from the truth. It's time for McMaster to go. Just because he gets Israel correct, does not mean he is correct on other aspects. It's time for either President Trump to wake up about him, or perhaps it is time for supporters, which includes me just for the record, to wake up about President Trump. Wake up President Trump, I am wide awake. The man may be good for one group, but he is also totally against those who are your strongest supporters because we see what he is doing to your agenda.
Sundance can be a very good analyst...but he was a HUGE supporter of “RyanCare1” and attacked those who questioned his judgement.
Use a large grain of salt when reading his opinions....
Note that sundance and the Times of Israel cite unnamed sources. You’d think by now ‘unnamed sources’ wouldn’t be taken seriously.
Keep in mind that Israel has a Leftist Establishment Deep State in their government too, and that includes Israeli intelligence and military. HR McMaster, a lifetime Council on Foreign Relations member, is of course closer to Israel’s Deep State than he is to Trump’s MAGA.

His “analysis” of Ryancare1, of which he indeed was an over-the-top supporter, was so terribly flawed as to be laughable. He also flat out lied during the course of his hysterical defense of it on several occasions and defamed several conservative members of the House.
Avoid conservative treehouse and its hack author.

McMaster is a deluded (or worse) Islamophile, refuses to even use the term “ISIS” because he claims they are “un-Islamic” (remind you of someone named Barry?) and hired two Arab Muslims hostile to Israel into top positions: Dina Powell and former CAIR offical Mustafa Javed Ali into top NSC positions. See his disturbing speeches about Islam at the Army War College, etc for a real eye-opener. Just because weasels like Cernovich and Stone are joining the attack doesn’t mean it’s not a real concern.

I doubt McMaster is anti Israel, certainly not anti semitic, but clearly pro Palestinian and supportive of the Obama Iran deal. Presumably these positions fit with the President's views. He was the one who made the decision. Like the Embassy move. Can't blame his advisors.
As to the headline, I consider it bogus. No Israeli officials are quoted. Other than an anonymous statement to Ha'aertz. For those not familiar with Ha'aertz, it's a paper far to the left of the New York Times or the Washington Post. If you are on board with anonymous leaks to the NYT or WP, then you should be on board with Ha'aertz. And should ignore radical Zionists like Caroline Glick, NSC Purge: McMaster ‘Deeply Hostile to Israel and to Trump’
My personal opinion, no question McMaster is a patriot, probably left wing politically. But if he's the President's man, that's that. At the end of the day the decisions don't belong to McMaster.

The main McMaster story for me has been his refusal to acknowledge Islamic terrorism and his support for Obama holdovers.
I don’t know his exact position on Israel. But his appointment of Kris Bauman, an apologist for Hamas, as the point man on Israel and Caroline Glick’s comments, would suggest he shares the basic animus of Obama and Bush officials toward Israel.
But as part of the media’s full court press defense of McMaster (itself telling as anything) has been the fake news claim that Israeli government officials support McMaster.
The sources of the Fake News claim are the Times of Israel and Haaretz.
Haaretz is a left-wing anti-Israel paper operating in Israel. It’s the equivalent of the New York Times if the latter stopped pretending it hated America and wanted to see it gone. A single incident with its deranged former chief editor should suffice.
Haaretz’s Chief Editor asked US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice to “rape” Israel, using other unsavory terminology as well in his request for American pressure....
This particular piece of Fake News was promoted by the Times of Israel, another left-wing paper hostile to Israel, but one whose bias is more subtle. Subtle enough to fool plenty of people.

That's excellent. As I noted these are not issues about Gen. McMaster, rather President Trump. As to whether he's pro-Israel, a matter of opinion, but the President buys in which is what matters.
