A retired Navy SEAL Team 6 hero who is transgender had a message for President Donald Trump after he announced the US military would bar transgender people from serving. "Let's meet face to face and you tell me I'm not worthy," Kristin Beck, a 20-year veteran of the Navy SEALs, told Business Insider on Wednesday. "Transgender doesn't matter. Do your service." Beck said Trump's abrupt change in policy could negatively affect many currently or wanting to serve in the military. The RAND Corporation estimated in 2016 that there were between 1,320 and 6,630 transgender people serving. Many of them just want to serve their country like everyone else, Beck said. "Being transgender doesn't affect anyone else," Beck said of the transgender ban. "We are liberty's light. If you can't defend that for everyone that's an American citizen, that's not right."

OK...I’ll tell you to your face....you are a MENTAL FREAK!!!!
Won’t happen on ability alone, may happen if Mattis demands it happen.
The only time such a challenge is valid is if the CIC has done something illegal, which President Trump assuredly has NOT.
So STFU and unstarch your panties.
He was on FOX the other morning. Not only was he UGLY, he also cam across as not the smartest bulb on the Christmas tree. The FOX person and the other guest were both shaking their heads at his arguments.
Yeh but wasn’t the guy a guy when he was a SEAL? So now he’s wearing spanx, lipstick and cut Mr Happy off but not then. :-)
Klinger, on MASH, was more attractive in a dress!
Allegedly stated by Trey Gowdy (from an email I received) - and I agree with all points, no matter who first stated them:
What makes people think the Military is an equal opportunity employer? Very far from it.
The Military uses prejudice regularly and consistently to deny citizens from joining for being too old or too young, too fat or too skinny, too tall or too short.
Citizens are denied for having flat feet, or for missing or additional fingers. Poor eyesight will disqualify you, as well as bad teeth. Malnourished? Drug addiction? Bad back? Criminal history? Low IQ? Anxiety? Phobias? Hearing damage? Six arms? Hear voices in your head? Self-identify as a Unicorn?
Need a special access ramp for your wheelchair? Can’t run the required course in the required time? Can’t do the required number of pushups?
Not really a “morning person” and refuse to get out of bed before noon?
All can be reasons for denial.
The Military has one job. War. Anything else is a distraction and a liability.
Did someone just scream “That isn’t Fair”? War is VERY unfair, there are no exceptions made for being special or challenged or socially wonderful.
YOU change yourself to meet Military standards Not the other way around.
I say again: You don’t change the Military... you must change yourself.
The Military doesn’t need to accommodate anyone with special issues. The Military needs to Win Wars.
If any of your personal issues are a liability that detract from readiness or lethality.. Thank you for applying and good luck in future endeavors. Who’s next in line?
I was addressing what the faggot said.
Is it threatening President Trump?
If anyone knows why the military does not need this type of crap, then this ass hole should know!
Ability to cope and remain in total control of one’s faculties plus recall appropriate tactics training is what makes an effective combat leader. When the bullets zing by and incoming rounds explode around you a hot head is a huge liability. The men who were/are the best in combat don’t run mouth. I have seen the best (montagnards and SF NCO’s) under fire, and even when my Rhade yard platoon leader was shot next to me while we maneuvered to assault an NVA bunker complex, these men remained calm and performed. I highly doubt this whacko would last a day with them. I was fortunate to have such fine SF NCO’s and yards.
I’m sure there is no shortage of current/former military personnel that would be MORE THAN WILLING to act as a proxy for our President.
The problem - as this former SEAL should be aware - boils down to trust. Teams are built and maintained through trust. And for SEALs it starts in BUDS - it’s drilled into your brain. You have to *know* the guy behind you has your six and the guys to your left and right have their fields of fire as well. If that trust breaks down even for a second it can be disastrous.
How is anyone supposed to trust someone who can’t trust themselves? How do you trust someone who questions their own natural state?
I don’t have anything against anyone being transgender if that’s what they believe is right for them. I may not agree, but they’re free to choose. However, I don’t want one of them on my team because the question of trust would always be in the back of my mind - no matter what.
It’s not personal, it’s business.
They choose to make it personal.
Thank you for your service, Beck. Prayers for you to be cured of your illness. Now, get help!
