I’m sure there is no shortage of current/former military personnel that would be MORE THAN WILLING to act as a proxy for our President.

The problem - as this former SEAL should be aware - boils down to trust. Teams are built and maintained through trust. And for SEALs it starts in BUDS - it’s drilled into your brain. You have to *know* the guy behind you has your six and the guys to your left and right have their fields of fire as well. If that trust breaks down even for a second it can be disastrous.

How is anyone supposed to trust someone who can’t trust themselves? How do you trust someone who questions their own natural state?

I don’t have anything against anyone being transgender if that’s what they believe is right for them. I may not agree, but they’re free to choose. However, I don’t want one of them on my team because the question of trust would always be in the back of my mind - no matter what.

It’s not personal, it’s business.

They choose to make it personal.
