You’ve got to think outside the box like Trump does. Sessions is now the darling of the left. Any resistance by the Dems and media would make them look utterly silly and disingenuous, which they are, but they won’t risk it. It would be a brilliant move by Trump and it is probably part of the plan from the beginning, or at least when Russia became the swan song of the left.
(CNN)President Trump seems to have done the impossible: He’s made liberals feel bad for Jeff Sessions.

Anybody already confirmed can be put in acting status and hold that for a year. After that, they are either confirmed for the position they were shifted to, or the acts they take come under some sort of vague legal cloud.
So AG Sessions is moved, infuriating his conservative allies in the US Senate? How does that work out, getting another AG confirmed? Maybe the dems could get together with McCain, Collins, and Murkowski and confirm Loretta Lynch (very slight exaggeration). Without AG Sessions, you'd have swampthings at Justice run amuck. Haven't you noticed? There seems to be a lot less leaking and defiant acts from Justice since AG Sessions started draining that swamp.
Give up on this idea. President Trump and his family and his supporters who've been honest about things haven't done anything wrong. Let "Russia, Russia, Russia" play out. Who wants an AG that's totally absorbed with the coup's attempt to keep the Department too occupied to do its job? He didn't just do the legally correct thing recusing himself, he did the smart thing.
I repeat, removing or moving AG Sessions is not acceptable.
Utter nonsense.
Not only is Sessions doing a great job, but we saw our first crack in the left indicating they know what’s coming soon.

This is YUGE. It says that the left now needs to defend Cankles from ARREST because they know indictments are coming. Now, the article says “House.” I think it’s DOJ. The leaker gave the story to AP—and almost certainly the leaker is himself/herself being investigated and likely already was called in.
They know if they use the words “DOJ” or “special investigator” that 1) the remaining “muh Russia” thing collapses entirely and 2) those not yet in the dragnet will panic and sing.
So here we have AP beginning its defense of why Cankles should not go to jail. Wait, I thought Sessions was incompetent, lazy, ineffective?
Exactly what the 4D chess players have wanted you to think from the beginning while they-—with a very, very small, tight leakproof team-—have managed all these multiple investigations (Awan, Congress Ds, DWS, Lynch, Comey, Yeats, Lerner, Cankles). It has to be quiet, and the smaller the team, the longer it takes to prepare all the legal work.
The first case, as I keep saying, will NOT be Cankles. But whoever it is, the case must be air tight. If Sessions fails in the first case, all the others get weaker. If he wins, all the others flip like pancakes.
Sessions is a good man. If fact too nice of gentleman.
We need a junk yard dog at AG. That is not Jeff Sessions.
He is a great and honorable man. But he isn’t a junk yard dog.
We neef a top flight lawyer. That’s Sessions. All else is nonsense FR rhetoric.
This isn’t “Law & Order” with lawyers making clever comments. This is mountains of evidence
OMG judge Pirro as AG would cause earthquakes exceeding 10.00 on Richter scale!
But more than that the New AG must b e free of any Russia connection. There are tons of very good lawyers in justice. What makes the difference is who is at the helm leading.
Rosenstein will pick another Muellar type as Special Counsel, who will then pack his investigation team with donor Democrat attorneys to go after HRC and her Justice Dept protectors? Hope not.
Kind of a trivial here, but can someone fill me in on what the heck ‘muh’ means? (as in ‘muh Russia’).
Kelly is going to the WH as Chief of Staff, not AG. This is about Sessions going from AG to Secy of DHS.
I believe Sessions’s confirmation hearings for AG would suffice for DHS, not sure. At most there might be perfunctory hearings and vote. After the way the Rs and Ds in the Senate have come to his aid vs Trump tween attacks, how could Sessions not be confirmed for any role?
Whoever comes in as AG, if not already confirmed for a cabinet position, would have to go thru that process.

Thanks. Agree 100%
Yes. Your theory about a small close knit team that has been working on building a case in secret all along could very well be true. Supporting evidence would be the way Trump came out months ago with his tweet about Obama spying on him. How did he know so many months ahead of time before the evidence became public and vindicated him? Hmmm. Kind of makes you think.
Plus, with the difficulty of working against the political establishment, there is a mountain of work to be done by too few people that can be counted on to do it. This is going to take some patience but it can be done. 6 months into a presidential term is not much time considering what Trump and Co are up against. Quite frankly, I'm proud of them!
It’s all starting to get Very Interesting. I’m happy, pretty exciting!
Also, I don't see the word "arrest" or "indict" in the article. What specific part of the article implies this to you?.
And please don't tell me I have to watch the video clip of John Podesta that's embedded in the page.
You certainly deserve kudos for painting such a rosy picture, and I hope you're right. You displayed excellent instincts and insight in the leadup to the election, and have continued to do so since.
I do remain somewhat skeptical regarding your "take" on AG Sessions, however, and the President's level of satisfaction with him, and I must confess to some lingering concerns of my own—concerns which you seem to dismiss outright.
Having said all that, I'm going to defer to your analysis for the time being, and join with you in remaining optimistic, albeit cautiously so...
