McCain’s top priority in whatever he does is McCain.

“actually reform our health care system.”

Lame excuse.

We’d all like world peace, too but it that isn’t going to happen either. So we do what we can and them move to the next step.

It is just an excuse.

Who really cares about why he betrayed us? He’s been a traitor for a long time. He needs to go, the sooner the better.

Congress does not want a new Health Care bill passed because it would stop the funding efforts for both the Democrats and Republicans. They have had all of the time and ability to repeal and replace, but refuse to do so. McCain was offered as a sacrifice because all of the others can go back to their constituents and ‘blame it’ on McCain, while asking for more money. The Alaskan and Maine Senators are really Democrat, so their lack of support meant nothing.

Republicans need to drop this immediately and ever republican senator need to say they tried. They also need to vote against any appropriation bill to bail out the insurance companies and any increase to Medicaid. Only give the states whatever they got last year.

Just let it crash. Nobody will die, just let it die and tell everyone that The Lyin’ of the Senate” know best

McCain can now take Obamacare to his coffin with him.

The only real question is which one will die first.

“The Arizona senator said he opposed one of the ‘major failures’ of Obamacare, which was that it was ‘rammed through Congress by Democrats on a strict-party line basis without a single Republican vote.’”

Schumer and Pelosi have managed to keep their troops in-line.

We shouldn’t expect Democratic defections, nor should McCain.

I want the stinking PPACA trash in the history dumpster.

Republicans were given the mandate to get the job done all by themselves.

Here’s REALLY why McCain voted as he did:

He is a warmongering globalist Big Government Establishmentarian Traitor who hates us American peasants.

The rationale doesn’t even make sense. It was wrong to pass Obamacare on a party-line basis, but it would be wrong to use a party-line vote to undo the wrong and set the stage back to what it was before the original wrong was done?

He’s saying that he CHOSE to let the thuggery stand. Refuses to fight fire with fire - even if he believes the whole world will be consumed by the fire he lets rage. This is moral crap, couched in excuses.

” . it offered no replacement to actually reform our health care system ...”

It’s not the Job or Purpose of the Government , OR the Working people in this Country to provide Health Care for
Those that choose NOT TO WORK!

McCain is and 8-ball screw-up from the word go. McCain absolutely loathes the working American Middle Class people.
McCain is all about McCain. It shows!

If only the Viet Cong would’ve put McCain out of his misery rather than hold him captive, only to inflict his Deep State pain on millions of Americans.

McCain said he would vote for skinny repeal IF he were confident the House would ONLY pass it. He said he voted against it because, in conference, the House bill or something like it could re-emerge.

WHAT HE DIDN’T SAY is that right now he can prevent the skinny bill from even going to conference. BUT, were the House bill or something like it to come out of conference, he couldn’t be sure he could cast the deciding vote against it.

In other words, he said he killed what he views as partisan health care reform while he was still able to.

If McCain was from Pennsylvania, I would vote against him because he does not vote Republican or even speak like one. He seems to have a thing against Trump. He is definitely a Rino!
