Absolutely should do this now. Make MeCain vote that down. Then Trump should go to Arizona and say:
“I know Senator McCain is battling a very serious form of cancer. Our thoughts, prayers and best wishes are with him. Our prayers are also with the many Americans battling the same form of cancer. Most of them do not have same healthcare as the Senator and will not receive the same care. We hope the Senator can reconcile why he is privileged to have such an advantage. I know I am struggling with providing such an explanation.”

When I was young, one of the things drummed into me about the superiority of America vis-a-vis the USSR was that we had a responsive government, and that everyone was subject to the same laws. In contrast, in the USSR the apparatchiks and the nomenklatura got special treatment in all things, including living arrangements and medical care. Special stores, special hospitals—all for the governing class.
