Democrats waived the point of order, so only 50 votes are needed, not 60. They are that convinced that it will fail.

Well, there's already over 50 "third parties" how much could one more hurt?
What about the 48 Dem’s?
That’s a hopeful scenario. Maybe the only way to get rid of this monstrosity once and for all since the GOP does not have the political courage to do it.
I’ve often wondered if Roberts ever has any remorse about what Obamacare has done to millions of people across this country. He doesn’t have to deal with the financial burden and lack of medical options that ordinary citizens do. The elites are not subject to their own decisions.
Because of his tortured logic in defending Obamacare the health care situation in the country is a mess today. Any person with a conscious would regret such a decision.
Its too bad the Tea Party did not become an active political party. I did everything I could to support it. The germ of a new movement/party was there but it never quite reached critical mass. That said, the TP did accomplish a lot during its short run.
Quick question.
If this effort at getting rid of Obamacare fails, can President Trump do an executive action and just remove it that way?
Thank-you for responses.
If you aren't careful, you'll force the RINOs to switch to the democrats and take control of the senate. The only solution is to primary the bastards.
Primary who doesn’t vote the way you want?
Why don’t you persuade the voters in the relevant state to vote the way you want. Then the senator will.
This doesn’t have much to do with senators. This is about their states. You want a more conservative senator from Maine? Get Maine to vote for one. Ditto Heller in Nevada, now a blue state.
Head on up to Alaska and get them to out kick her out. Except the other Senator from there is a Democrat so they aren’t all that reluctant to have another one. In which case you don’t get a more conservative position from Alaska.
“... I no longer wish him well. He hates us...”
Sadly you are correct with this assessment.
He has not changed his tune one iota after facing the angel of death and judgement by a Holy God.
He is reprobate.
Tie the mill stone.
May God Bless the revival of faith, Godliness and Americana.
“Mine eyes have seen the glory of the coming of the Lord;
He is trampling out the vintage where the grapes of wrath are stored;
He hath loosed the fateful lightning of His terrible swift sword;
His truth is marching on.
Glory, glory, hallelujah! Glory, glory, hallelujah!
Glory, glory, hallelujah! His truth is marching on.”
So let me get this straight.
I did not hear that so well.

Goodbye traitors and creep-o-zoids, the founding fathers are about ready to escort you to the door.
Your days of blackmailed uselessness are over.
May God have mercy on your demonic souls.
AGREE ....good points all.
6 of those 7 voted for repeal in 2015.
I know the reason why they changed their vote (they knew Obama would veto it, and Trump will sign it), but has any news agency asked them the reason for the 180?
***We are wasting our time with the Republican Party. It will never represent conservatives. Ever.***
Agreed. Now a lot, I mean a lot of people are going to have to wake up to that REALITY.
I wish I were optimistic.
***Primary those traitors who passed to repeal Aca in2015,***
Screw the GOP. Time for a Conservative Party. Let the liberals have it.
Perhaps the 7 are concerned that if Obamacare is repealed, nothing to replace it will be approved before millions are left with no health insurance at all. Then it is back to high cost emergency room care.
Tim Burchett sounds like a good man.
