Supposedly Sessions said he will review to see if legal but I am not finding much on that so don’t know if he really did say that.

As soon as I read President Trump's order, I said that this is one of the things Sessions has been working on behind the scenes...preparing for battle in the courts.

Sessions take would have been completed BEFORE Trump spoke. He guides the President.

Remember, Sessions got the President's Travel Ban approved by the USSC.

I don’t see how it would be illegal. People can’t join the forces if they have a medical condition, and it is not discrimination.
