Attorney General Jeff Sessions has taken a VERY weak position on Hillary Clinton crimes (where are E-mails & DNC server) & Intel leakers!
Problem is that the acting head of the FBI & the person in charge of the Hillary investigation, Andrew McCabe, got $700,000 from H for wife!

That your personal involvement in the situation makes you unable to perceive just how dramatically catastrophic the Sessions appointment looks like to others is quite clear.
Sessions is an end-of-the-Republic level mistake.
Let me be perfectly clear: if Sessions does not prosecute Clinton, it will be the final confirmation to the American people that not only is there no Rule of Law in this country, there is no HOPE for the Rule of Law to be in effect.
And if that turns out to be the case, that’s the end of America. Because that’s what America was supposed to be - the one place on Earth that was under the Rule of Law and not the rule of men.
Sessions needs to go. He had promise then immediately started siding with the democrats.
"Scaramucci told Hewitt it was likely President Trump wants Attorney General Jeff Sessions to resign." TGP was source.
That's a clear shot across the bow, my assumption is Trump is building great sympathy for Sessions. MSM will soon be saying how great a guy he is.
That is when Sessions can either unrecuse or resign.
Total BS. The confirmation hearings were in late January and early February. Sessions was confirmed on February 8. Weeks passed before Sessions announced his recusal on March 2, weeks in which there were endless opportunities for the WH team to call people together and make a team decision on the question of recusal.
IMO Trump is feeling the pressure of the investigations and the failure to get any of his legislative agenda thru the swamp. He is frustrated and angry and that can only lead to mistakes. Getting rid of Sessions would be the biggest mistake of all. The unintended consequences will be huge.
Would Trump be tweeting like he is doing now if there was an effective investigation?
Looks like Scaramucci is going to have to fire himself! First week on the job, and he's leaking like a sieve.
Unless it’s strategery...
“...MSM will soon be saying how great a guy he is.
That is when Sessions can either unrecuse or resign.”
Wouldn’t that be something. You may be on to the truth
How is that possible given recent developments like the DJT Jr meeting with the Russian lawyer and the emails that indicate a Russian government connection? Even Giuliani said that Sessions was correct in recusing himself. He would do the same thing.
Again, Sessions recused himself based on the recommendation of the DOJ Ethics office. What would be the basis for reversing himself? Pressure from the President? Ludicrous.
The mechanics of how the saturday night massacre came into being are interesting but for more damaging was the damage done to the peoples message.
The cover-up was worse than the crime. Nixon could have survived if he wasn't so loyal to his staff. At least there was a real crime that caused a Special Counsel to be appointed. In the case of Trump, there is no crime, which raises the question as to why a Special Counsel is needed. The FBI investigation that started in July 2016 was sufficient.
Just like now, there is a media mania to get Trump out of office, without regard to how this is damaging the country and halting his agenda all the while no consideration to how legally, morally, and ethically challenged his opponent and her party were and are.
Agreed. But Trump is shooting himself in the foot by going after Sessions. You can't unring a bell.
To be fair, that was before this imaginary Russian narrative engulfed his DOJ. If this probe is worth any time or money, than the criminal enterprise surrounding Clinton and the Democrat Party must be fully investigated. This whole thing is a freaking disgrace.
Two days in a row besides other shots last week. When does it end?
Yes, if we had the right DAG we would not have Mueller or any other special counsel. I know the president technically nominates the DAG and he was approved by the senate, but do you know in this case who recommended Rosenstein for the job?
I believe it will help provide Sessions cover for when Sessions does unleash a real Clinton investigation. After all, who can blame Sessions for going after Hillary when Trump embarrassed him in front of the world?
Hmmm. Time for another Deplorable Records recording "Session"...
I should have been more verbose on the issue, to be so, I should have said he told Smalley he would follow the proper procedures if he were confirmed. The proper procedures were to discuss it with senior ethics officials in DOJ and after doing such, he recused around March 2nd or so.
Now for the “total BS”, it was not my intent to provide BS. If you believe that, GFY.
The president is putting some pressure on Sessions so that he does the right thing which is to either 1) direct Rosenstein to direct Mueller to focus his investigation or fire Mueller, or 2) fire Rosenstein and replace him with someone who will either direct Mueller to focus his investigation or fire Mueller.
Rudy Giuliani: Jeff Sessions 'made the right decision' to recuse from Russia probe
Sessions "made the right decision under the rules of the Justice Department" in recusing himself from the investigation, Giuliani told CNN on Monday after landing at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.
> Sessions is following the Rule of Law.
It’s becoming very clear that you have no idea what the Rule of Law is.
Let me explain something: when you have someone like Hillary Clinton who has broken countless laws in plain sight and stands openly defiant at the lack of will to prosecute her, and no action is taken to apply the law in this case, that is NOT the Rule of Law.
That is not even close to the Rule of Law.
We have reached the point where the question is binary: Prosecute Hillary Clinton or make it official that the US has abandoned the Rule of Law.
There is NO MIDDLE GROUND WHATSOEVER.
Rush mentioned that Giuliani has been heading cyber crimes investigations and could be readying him to take over investigating the cyber crimes of the Clintons and the election, which would put him right on top of Mueller.
