Apparently this memo was discovered by nyt reporter using an FOIA request. Not tested in court. Its a long memo. Why didnt we know this with clinton
Interesting that someone was scrutinizing ancient Ken Starr archives so they could tell us about this memo, as if it were ore than an untested argument. It is obviously invalid, since otherwise every president could be harassed and coerced by prosecutors from the opposing party, destroying the office. Presidents must be impeached and if found guilty removed from office by the process provided by the Constitution. Ex-Presidents can be indicted.
