Whatever the actual scope was, I prefer to look at this as one of the previous administration's biggest failures.
Like Mueller, another Bushie.
Really???? What the heck did they do to meddle??? After a year of this crap with no proof I could care less about Russia and am totally disgusted and terrified of democrats.
Total BS.
I assumed nobody would have heard of Bell Gardens. Plus it was the first city to pop into my head with that feature.
Honest, that’s it.
Corporate media hosts, corporate sponsors, lots of mixing between the current and prior administration officials...this whole Aspen Institute blab-fest has a neoliberal deep state odor to it.
This is ALL about removing Trump....period. Total B.S.
They must think the Russians killed Seth Rich and stole the dumped files. All we need now is Bernie Sanders to claim the Russians setup his wife. Our government is run by corrupt idiots.
Brought on by the Dems’ incompetence.
The notion that the Russians would prefer Trump to Mrs. Bill Clinton is absurd, especially since it’s absolutely known that she doesn’t give a rats ass about security and they would’ve loved the treasure trove.
And since when did the Democrats view the Russians as adversaries?
Who murdered Seth Rich?
This is all part of the bloodless coup.
It is infuriating and needs to be answered with charges against the scumbags for slander and defamation of character
This fool was Obama’s CIA Director right? Any questions? Oh and how about some proof dim wit?
That’s the beauty of the accusation. The action was covert, so there isn’t evidence of whodunnit, which means the victim can blame whichever agent or agents they choose. As Chertoff observed, standard of proof is an issue, and we can’t be 100% sure our accusation is correct. But we’re plenty sure it was Russia this time, sure enough to make the accusation. And we were right, Russia denied it.
Michael Hayden, a former director of the NSA and the CIA, on Friday called Russia’s interference in the 2016 presidential election the “most successful covert influence operation in history.”
“Frankly, [the Russian meddling] is the most successful covert operation in history,” Hayden told a national security panel in response to a question from moderator Yahoo News Chief Investigative Correspondent Michael Isikoff. Hayden said the original cyberattack on the Democratic National Committee was not that surprising — and even from an intelligence perspective, impressive.
“I just have to admit as a former director of NSA, [Russia’s hack and theft of email] is honorable state espionage,” Hayden said to audience laughter, speaking at the Aspen Security Conference.
...
Wow, this Yahoo nitwit is really playing around with the quote. Notice the brackets, and how the partial quote used in the headline is separated from the rest of what was said. And what was the laughter about?
More successful then “ The Trust - the successful penetration then control of all the expatriate White Russian organizations”, more successful then stealing Manhattan Project design data thus saving 100s of millions of rubles in engineering & development money?
I don’t think so!
Well, now you know why he was given that job.
He's a total Obama/Clinton, Democrat Party toady.
The American intelligence services are infested with them.
All of them are working against President Trump
and the American People.
Remind yourselves, who did the Democrats support, Reagan or Brezhnev/Gorbachev?
