Minnesota officials have identified and located a key witness to the officer-involved shooting that killed an Australian bride-to-be in Minneapolis last weekend.
The Minnesota Department of Public Safety Bureau of Criminal Apprehension announced in a press release Friday night that its agents interviewed the witness, who was seen riding a bike in the area immediately before the shooting and stopped at the scene to watch as two Minneapolis police officers provided medical assistance to Justine Ruszczyk.

Remember its her neighborhood. I can absolutely picture her helpfully going out to see if the police are finally there, seeing a car with its lights off in the street and going up to it to see if the police are finally there and she can give them her information so they can look into the situation.

Maybe an honor killing. Makes one wonder how many corners were cut to hire a black Muslim on to the police department to honor diversity.
Or, maybe they were BOTH involved - that's why both their cameras were off?

The black Muslim police officer was sitting in the passenger seat of the police car when his partner was talking to the victim. He shot her in the stomach through the drivers window.
The cop would have still shot her if she was naked.

Absolutely not ...it is beyond the pale and she should have been summarily executed. Oh wait...
And what information is that exactly....I heard a noise in the alley?
How does her presence in any way help the police do their job, especially if there actually was a rape taking place?
He had two years on the force, the driver had one. Neither was a rookie.
To point to where she thinks the noise came from, to clarify the time & when she last heard it.

Maybe “rookie” is too specific, but he was with a training officer for some reason. And while the training officer had only been with the force for a year, was he a veteran cop from another force?
The cops were PARTNERS i.e. not roaming around raping. Your speculation about the motive of the killer is, shall we say, absurd.
That is slightly less absurd than #10. But not much.
The woman did not see who was doing the raping so there is no way she could have fingered a Moslem or an Atheist.
