In his defense he was calling the escort for his new quarterback.
Incredibly, Freeze made the calls on a university-issued cell phone, and anyone could submit a FOIA request for those records. Ironically, the client Mars is representing, former coach Houston Nutt, was forced out at Arkansas (in part) because of hundreds of phone calls he made to a “good female friend” (who wasn’t his wife), on a cell phone that belonged to his employer.
This huge Freeze could become another Nutt case.
Maybe he was buying hookers for his players. Which is what Art Briles should have done.
Rule #1. Personal phone for personal business, work phone for work business.
People will be shocked and stuned.
Yep. Hail State. Loved my days there back in the good ole days.
Was he hanging around with Mike Price?
Classic!
"Roll Tide!.......It's Rollin', Baby.....It's Rollin'"
The Grove is in shock tonight.
Feel sorry for Freeze’s family members.
"Mr. Freezer, are you the one who called for an old miss escort?" |
What if he called a number?
Used a school provided cell phone for personal or disallowed types of calls? Most likely it doesn’t matter as even if they were allowed they would have been considered an embarrasement to the school and therefore falls under a morals clause likely in the contract to prevent exactly that.
Yet, the University pays its' athletes on the sly and that's O.K.?
He was merely coaching the escorts in Lewinsky techniques.

“So hes out because why?? Were any laws broken, or contract terms violated??”
Contract terms were obviously violated. Virtually everyone in the public arena has a morales clause in their contract.
Knowing the sports wackos in this country, they’d be 100% for it.
Win -- one minute call to escort service
Lose -- no call
Recruits on campus -- call to escort service
No recruits on campus -- no call.
