Coulter acting like lib jerk.
Erm, how is this so? She bought and paid for a specific seat with additional features. They took her money. They now moved her elsewhere for no good reason, depriving her of what she paid for.
How would you react if you were told that you’d paid significant money for a feature and they didn’t deliver it?
Maybe. But they [airline/employees] failed to give her an explanation of what effectively was a “bait & switch”.
If she paid for it, Delta as a business should deliver, no matter who she is.
Coulter can be a jerk at times. However she paid for the seat, it was confirmed and booked. Delta did not give her what she paid for and offered no explanation.
I would think suitable penance for Delta would be to fly her first class from now on at the price of an economy seat with extra leg room.
I well remember back in the sixties and early seventies when Delta was the finest airline in the United States. That has sadly changed. Delta should get down on their knees and pray every night to American Airlines. Otherwise they would be at the bottom of customer service and civility.
Delta Airlines started in Monroe, Louisiana as Delta Crop Dusting Service. They flew out of a grass strip in their crop duster days. They then went into local commercial airline service and then became the Delta of today. They were an absolute great airline.
I do not do if they do it anymore but in the 70s Delta would fly all the heads of the corporation to Monroe to open their first board meeting of the year. They held the board meeting in one of the local banks. The whole purpose of this was to remind them of their humble beginnings as just a crop duster service in North Louisiana. I think Delta has lost their heritage and this is very sad.
During the economic crunch on airlines in the 80s the loyalty of Delta employees was incredible. The employees voluntarily kicked in part of their salary to buy Delta a new aircraft. The airline and employees were a great team together. That most sadly is gone.
Southwest Airlines has picked up this type of loyalty and are kicking ass. I remember some many years ago something was amiss at the check in counter with Southwest. I saw a captain hustling bags for check in. That my friend is loyalty.

Negress puts it to a conservative, and you show which side you are on.
Not if she paid for the extra seat.
I agree...
Speaking of lib-jerk...
Wrong. She’s acting like a consumer who expects to get what she paid for. If you had purchased a Cadillac and were told you must take delivery on a Vega, if you complained would you be a “lib jerk”?
I figure some lib with power recognized her and wanted to harass her.
Exactly how is demanding that one receives what it is they paid for acting like a lib jerk?
