Coulter didn't just slam Delta for moving her from her "PRE-BOOKED seat" with extra leg room. She documented the experience in photos and tweet after tweet, which she shared with her 1.6 million followers, not to mention the wider spectrum of people fascinated by things Ann Coulter does.
So here is a member of the flight crew accused of "summarily snatching my ticket from my hand & ordering me to move w/o explanation, compensation or apology:"

Shame on Delta if they did this. I fly Delta all the time and generally don’t see things like this. I think I have only been moved once or twice in 20 years, usually to keep families together, and never to move me to a lessor seat.
I’d love to be a fly on Delta’s boardroom wall right now. If they can’t come up with a plausible reason, it will look every bit like someone hated Coulter’s politics.

And WiFi on Delta? What a joke. When it works, it is so slow as to be useless.
Erm, how is this so? She bought and paid for a specific seat with additional features. They took her money. They now moved her elsewhere for no good reason, depriving her of what she paid for.
How would you react if you were told that you’d paid significant money for a feature and they didn’t deliver it?
Anne courts the drama. Sometimes with good reason, other times just to stay in practice acting out. That is 80% of her gimmick. This was a practice run.
I guess the president hasn’t done enough to make her angry this week, so she goes shopping for some new trouble.
Could’ve been worse. She could have acted like a bend-over conservative, apologizing for being a seat that she paid for and was now being given to someone else.

Maybe. But they [airline/employees] failed to give her an explanation of what effectively was a “bait & switch”.
I would want my money back and perhaps write a letter to a major newspaper (if I were her).
I wouldn’t make a Federal case out of it.

Nobody reads newspapers any more and they don’t do any real consumer protective investigative journalism anyway - too busy with Russia Russia Russia.
The employee has refused to help with a refund and offer an explanation or even any other compensation.
So, you would just go accept this and sit down, hm? What a good GOPe-er you are!
If she paid for it, Delta as a business should deliver, no matter who she is.
