I’m not sure how accurate this statement is, but I do believe the there are many women in politics without an iota of grace.

Nonsense. Any decent woman would be kind and considerate to an elderly and infirm lady. All over the world, millions of women (and men) hold doors for the elderly, lend a hand with wheelchairs, get the milk down from the top rack, fetch another drink and seconds on dessert ... even volunteer in nursing homes.

And would have lectured her on the evils of smoking (or whatever caused her need for oxygen)

I think he has been thinking about and planning to run for president for over twenty years. Certainly his Apprentice years were part of his planning.
Diplomatically speaking, the President of Israel is equal to the POTUS (heads of state), while Netanyahu would be approximately equal to our Speaker of the House.
