from Hollywood Revue of 1929
Sing the lyrics of ‘The times they are a changin’ to the melody of ‘Hello young Lovers”. Notice anything.
Also “Where do I Begin” from Love Story

Can’t get through that movie without crying
To #20 My first sentence, a correction: Not ROCK but ROCKY...Damn, does Freep have spelling correction? How did that get screwed up?
Another good one is “Edelweiss” from “The Sound of Music”.
From “Natural Born Killers:”
L7 - S**tlist
This is just a high quality sound YouTube vid with a screenshot of the L7 album cover, the actual video is quite violent. I thought the song title and refrain were pushing it so I’m not linking that video, but it’s there for anyone who might want to search it out.
It’s a very cathartic song if you’re ever angry and want to get it out of your system in a benign way, though.
Dueling banjos from deliverance.
A GREAT FILM Opening “Windmills of your mind” by Noel Harrison.

the 1969 film Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.[2] It won an Academy Award for Best Original Song.[2]
Is that a good movie? I’m almost 60 and I never saw it. Don’t know why.
“You Only Live Twice” - Nancy Sinatra from - You Only Live Twice (1967)
Just a few that immediately come to mind:
The Gael -- Last of the Mohicans
The Ecstasy of Gold -- The Good, The Bad & The Ugly
Volare from “Hollywood Knights” :)
I love the soundtrack from The Last of the Mohicans.
“They Call The Wind Mariah” from “Paint Your Wagon”.
Also the “Colonel Bogey March” from Bridge Over The River Kwai”.
The theme to “Patton”.
