The word “wide spread” is a red herring. The voter fraud is not going to be found widespread. In fact, there was no widespread fraud. Sending out search parties for wide spread fraud is the key to hiding the real fraud.

To the contrary, the fraud is very concentrated. The fraud occurs in cities, in specific precincts and perhaps specific voting machines or booths within those precincts. The fact the fraud is concentrated makes detection difficult and perhaps impossible. The fraudulent precincts are heavily guarded with multiple layers of barbed wire, mines, sand bags and machine guns and several judges.

Perhaps a needle in a haystack is not a perfect analogy, but the concept is why the fraud is not only possible but effective

Statement from Linda H. Lamone

Hmmmmmm...§3–506

What about §3–505
(c) (1) Consistent with regulations adopted by the State Board, local boards shall maintain for at least 2 years all records concerning programs to ensure the accuracy and currency of the statewide voter registration list.
(2) Except for records concerning a declination to register or the identity of a voter registration agency through which a particular voter applies for registration, the records described in paragraph (1) of this subsection are accessible under Title 4 of the General Provisions Article (Access to Public Records).

Funny how almost none of those states said a thing about the requirements of the Real ID act, which provides among other things that the federal government can access state drivers license databases -- which have name, address, date of birth, and usually social security numbers. Those are exactly the same data items that the liberal left is now screaming about as an invasion of privacy.

When it benefits the left divulging private data is fine, and forcing everyone to have an ID is fine. But when it comes to ending election fraud, they are suddenly united in opposition. That tells you a lot.

Secretary of State in each state has much control of voting thus records. As I posted in another thread — It appears that Soros “Secretary of State Project” to get liberals in those positions in all states worked at least 41 times! Affects even states with Republican governors.

The ferocity of the Dims response is proportionate to their fear, or knowledge, that the claims of large amounts of illegal voting and voting fraud are very correct.

Its a case of “thou protest too much” as the guilty so often do. It’s very simple to ask - “what are you afraid of”?

We need an official investigation to be conducted by the authority of the US AG.

We already have proof of wide spread voter fraud, so probable cause should not be a real issue.

When the demons were trying to find proof the election was stolen from Hillinski, there was no limit to how far they would go, until of course it started uncovering, for all to see, demonic voter fraud in various states.

Trump already knows the answer to the question and has the hammer, according to law behind his back. He’s going to let them squirm and squall before he uses it.

Once again here is an opportunity for President Trump to flank his opponents. All he has to do is point out that we are talking about the sanctity of the vote and that the left is totally willing to compromise that at all of our expense.

Then he obtains the necessary data from the Republican party apparatus of each state and conducts his investigation.

I don’t know about all this.

First: Obviously, this reaction means that fraud is widespread, bipartisan, and that elected officials like it and rely on it.

But, second: I do not know that the Executive Branch OR Congress has the authority over States implied by this request.

The Executive Branch has NO authority over elections of any kind, except to enforce (constitutional) laws already on the books.

Congress can change laws that the States write for elections to Congress and the Senate (only), by changing the manner, place, and time of these two particular elections. Under “manner”, Congress could require proof of citizenship, photo ID, and revalidation of voter rolls, for these two elections only.

Other than that, it’s up to the States, most especially as to the choosing of Electors for President and Vice President. All Federal interference in the process of the States choosing the next President is baldly unconstitutional, with the exceptions provided in XV, XXIV, and XXVI - and those amendments only grant Federal authority over States which choose to adopt idiots voting as the means by which Electors are chosen.

Does no-one recall what information was required to be maintained on each citizen by the ObamaCare law?

This goes back to "Papers Please"

If we don't care who lives here and who votes her the whine away, but noting about you is secret in any case, said Joe the Plumber.

Several years ago one of the TV stations exposed a scam to obtain a legal Driving license. Pay the agent outside and the agent would give you a watch or bracelet to wear and which agent to see, simple as that, new voter.
