DONALD Trump has waded into the fight to save Charlie Gard and offered to help the stricken baby.
A British court has ruled that little Charlie – suffering with mitochondrial depletion syndrome – should have his life support machine switched off.
But the billionaire US President has joined the battle to help the ten-month-old undergo an experimental treatment in America.
He wrote: “If we can help little #CharlieGard, as per our friends in the U.K. and the Pope, we would be delighted to do so.”
Trump’s words come just one day after Pope Francis added his voice to calls for Charlie to be given one final shot at life.
The pontiff said Charlie’s parents should be allowed to “accompany and treat their child until the end”.

Something's either not right at the Vatican, or not right with this Pope. Didn't the last one resign? And here Francis has been busy choosing his successor already. Satan must be working overtime. Italy over the past week invaded by an armada of 10,000 black Libyans, all of whom appear to be young males, all of whom are being "rescued" and taken in by the Italian government. And then this.
And if he were to say the word, we the people would gladly fund the expedition and contribute millions more to boot.

With all due respect, the President has vastly more news sources and advisors available to him than FR. None of us can know if he takes the time to read FR, but simple logic says not likely due to the many demands on his time. The story about this baby has become big news around the world, with growing pro-life protests. FR is by no means the only site where pro-life and/or anti socialist government opinions can be found, and the President doesn’t even need to read websites to obtain such news.
You just know Melania and Ivanka both wanted Trump to tweet that. Barron too if he knew.

I’m sure Trump is very well aware that, even if, God forbid, the child passes, the effort to save him will gladden and embolden the hearts of the world. He needs to send that plane over there now and dare the bureaucrats to stop him getting that child onboard.
That would be a sharp stick in the eye to the British hierarchy.
The US President they portray as rude, uncouth and uncaring, sending HIS personal jet, spending HIS money on fuel and the people of the US donating for experimental treatment THAT MIGHT save a childs life.
Meanwhile, the British courts would much rather GUARANTEE his death, instead of take a chance he could live.

They’re a lot more than that. They’re merchants of death. When have they ever sided for, not against, someone like Terri Schiavo? When a judge holds life and death in his/her hands, 99x out of a 100—at least—they opt for death. It’s sickening.
