House Democrats are on a mission to educate the American people about a little-known power of the 25th Amendment — the ousting of the president.
Led by freshman Rep. Jamie Raskin of Maryland, a group of growing Democratic co-signers has put forth a bill that could force President Donald Trump from office if he were found mentally or physically unfit.

I’m Canadian so I’m not as versed in this as all of you might be. (I guess I could look it up, of course.) But what about this...?
God forbid, Trump is removed from office. Pence automatically becomes POTUS. Pence pardons Trump and appoints him as VPOTUS. Pence then resigns as POTUS thus making Trump POTUS once again. Liberal heads explode.
Could it work like this?

This nothing-burger of a bill is to make the dummies in the Democrat Party feel better, and it has NO chance of removing President Trump from office. To do that, the Cabinet would have to certify the charges and the Republican House and Senate would have to approve it. If my congressman put his/her name on this slanderous nonsense, I would actively work to replace them at the first opportunity.

Nope, if an impeachment is confirmed by the Senate. DJT would be ineligible for any Federal or Elective office according to US Code.
The ONLY way this could work [slim chance, tho] is if DJT resigned as POTUS prior to any Senate conviction.
