The Portland mayor is a criminal who condones violence against conservatives. He filed charges against NO ONE when physical threats were made against Republicans who were going to march in a local parade. The parade was cancelled, the persons making the threats were known, but Wheeler looked the other way.

And we see in this case, too, that he supports the protesters and harasses his own police. He's a prick.
