IF THEY RETURN illegally again, first give them a LARGE PRISON TERM, then they go back again

Anyone recall the pamphlets the Obama administration was providing to incoming illegals to give them advice on how to get here and stay here? Well, I would provide every Mexican citizen we deport with a packet containing our best intelligence on the inside details of their government’s corruption, then send them back and wall ‘em in. Would be interesting to see what happens once the Mexican government has to actually deal with its own citizens, fully informed of how they have been exploited.
Like I said, I guess I'm a big softie, but I could easily be persuaded to crank the airspeed up to 200. Figured we'd be doing them a favor by letting the ensuing road rash remove their tattoos for free.
Alternatively, 10 or 15 feet above a dense forest would work, too.
