Saw this SkyNews update to the number who died in the Grenfell Tower fire — 79.Has there been any word on what caused the fire? Not the outside green coating but who was doing what on the 4th floor where it originated.

It was reported a refrigerator blew up. In GB newer refrigerators are charged with iso-butane a highly flammable gas as the refrigerant. One small leak with some ignition source and excitement ensues. This was an eco-nut caused disaster all the way around.

Has there been any word on what caused the fire?
I only heard it was a refrigerator that exploded. Apparently, there are 'green' refrigerators that use a flammable gas under pressure. Those appliances seem to be susceptible to causing fires.
