Rep. Ted Lieu (D-Calif.) said Friday that Congress would come together and “begin impeachment proceedings” against President Trump if he fired special counsel Robert Mueller and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.
“All Americans, regardless of party, agree on the fundamental principle that no one is above the law,” Lieu said on MSNBC. “And if President Trump were to fire Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein, and then [get] special counsel Mueller fired, I believe Congress would begin impeachment proceedings.”

Prolly so, but voters will take it out on any GOPer who goes along with such a travesty. The GOP is weak and stupid, but not sure they are foolish enough to do something from which they would never recover.

The Deep State needs to be indicted, tried, convicted, and sentenced for sedition.
I firmly believe this would all "go away" if President Trump put the twitter box down and just did what he said he was going to do during the campaign.
For whatever reason, it appears President Trump lacks the discipline to just stop fighting with everyone and do what needs to be done.
If he would just start acting Presidential and be "so boring you won't believe it" like he said he could be .....
I voted for him, I still support him and I want him to be successful. This country so desperately needs him to be so!
I agree the media is a bunch of liars and so are the Dem's (I've believed that for almost 40 years now) and btw so does the overwhelming majority of the American people. Which just makes his constant twittering about it so frustrating. We're on his side, just do the job he said he'd do and be Presidential about it. Is it too much to ask?

It's NOT against the law for President Trump to fire appointees. It's not against the law for him to tell the director of the FBI to start an investigation OR to stop one either.
Maybe next democrats will want to impeach Trump for wearing brown shoes rather than black shoes. Only their 'feelings' count, right?
