Rep. Ted Lieu: If Trump fired Rosenstein and Mueller, "I believe Congress would begin impeachment proceedings." https://t.co/lqJ0JTg1l6 — Kyle Griffin (@kylegriffin1) June 17, 2017

Rep. Ted Lieu (D-Calif.) said Friday that Congress would come together and “begin impeachment proceedings” against President Trump if he fired special counsel Robert Mueller and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.

“All Americans, regardless of party, agree on the fundamental principle that no one is above the law,” Lieu said on MSNBC. “And if President Trump were to fire Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein, and then [get] special counsel Mueller fired, I believe Congress would begin impeachment proceedings.”

After giving it some thought, President Trump should fire all of them and call their bluff.

We should then start rounding up congress critters for their sedition and subversion. Not to mention their outright treason.

It only takes the SCOTUS. They have made the Constitution irrelevant for the last 50 years.

I’ll say Trump was smart enough to pick a veep who helped to make him president.

I don’t think there is any more credit than that to be given.

“All Americans, regardless of party, agree on the fundamental principle that no one is above the law,”

Quite honestly, they don't. They put their cult heroes first, the law second. Take for example the cases of barack hussein spittle and satan rodham clinton.

That’s the only way to fight with the dirty rats. There is no compromising with them.. they only know one thing.. complete control...that’s what they want .. ..

They thought they could run him out of town by threats and “investigations”.. that didn’t work, so they are trying for their latest.. they’ve doubled down.. firing comey brought on the next round... more and more...

Go for the enth degree.. FIRE THE WHOLE LOT OF THEM... it would make my day!!!!! it’s the only way he might win this.. it’s for sure there are not enough friends in congress to stop proceedings.. they are testing the waters to see if they can get away with it.. and the next step will be theirs and heavier than this one. SO... Make their day and screw their plans up... fire them all.. it takes guts and Trump.. you’ve got it!!! There is no man higher in rank than you... use it!!

Longtime close pal of Ryan and Priebus. A jerk about Flynn in a premeditated sort of way. Started his own PAC in a move that has never been done from his situation before. Absolutely no cooperation from Congress, when cooperating with Congress ought to be his prime portfolio. Never mention of him in on real Trump strategy meetings or in other key events.

And then there are the rumors...

Time for the Deplorables to storm DC and let them know they work for us.

Fire them both. Let them impeach and get it over with. Impeachment will be the new normal anyway for any incoming president so it wont amount to a hill of beans in the long run. Impeachment proceedings will henceforth begin for every President-elect the day after the Electoral College votes, maybe before.

True that.

I was not concerned with credit. Trump’s win was more than well deserved imho. I am just concerned about the downside risks. Did JFK consider the downside risks when he chose lbj? (If so, apparently not enough.)

Pence is an honorable man. He’s just not of Trump’s temperament and style. He’s stood with Trump,.. defended him.. he’s more mild and been in politics long enough to learn to talk and not get into any more trouble than possible ... that doesn’t mean he is not with Trump all the way. I can see he admires Trump, and there are times when it wasn’t all that easy to defend him.. but he did. and did it well!

Pence has attained a lawyer due to the fact he knows he is going to be tested also... and it’s wise to have counsel ready. The dirt has gotten dirtier and it’s not been an easy road for them.

Dim and The Hill, working for Obama and Billary, Inc. Guess what you idiots, you don’t have the votes to impeach anyone.

I could say it might be time to act like a Democrat and start a List, but I would never say that.

I might write a Play or behead a Mannequin though.

——How do you reckon the dems read it?——

Well of course I’m biased but the short answer.......fearfully

My view is that these few words were carefully chosen and ordered to induce fear and panic

Any House GOP member who goes along will be primaried, or lose the general election from Republican voter backlash

Bannon and Kelly need to be lining up proTrump civilian leaders, NOW, in every GOP-held congressional district. Every GOP congressman must be made to know they will face fire from the base of they don’t get behind the president

Oh, I agree with you totally.

Pence is an oily dude and the same rumors say that Trump is on to him.

I think you are wrong about Pence.

What Pence does publicly as VP doesn’t really convey much.
