He is at peace now.

So sorry to hear about your nephew. Never easy losing a loved one. Since he was ill so long, I hope all of you are finding solace in knowing he’s at peace now.

Things are ok here. The weather has been good for the crops, unlike last year when it was so dry. Hasn’t been terribly hot until now but hey, it’s June. It’s supposed to be hot now. LOL

Quiet days are great days! And you’ve had enough “excitement” this week with the storms.

Poor Hubby sounded zombified when he called. He only slept 3 hours last night and apparently didn’t nap during the trip. They’ll have a blast this weekend .... always do when they go up there for this show.

Don’t have a whole lot that needs doing this weekend but what needs to be done is time-consuming. No biggie and I’m puttering through it.
And yes, there are still the kitties getting in the way but I can push them aside. LOL

Yes, I’ve had enough excitement to last me for years! LOL! We still haven’t heard from the insurance company. sigh! And hubby’s car sits out there with just a tarp on the back window that doesn’t even cover the whole thing.

I’m really surprised he didn’t sleep on the trip. My hubby gets about 5 miles out of town and is zonked...driving or not! LOL! That’s why I drive most of the time. He makes me VERY nervous. :)
