United Nations Wants to Outlaw Cultural Appropriation Worldwide

The UN wants to expand intellectual property regulations to include cultural entities and concepts, such as clothing, dances, arts, medicines, etc. The UNs efforts would allow for legal action to be taken by minority groups against those who supposedly steal or monetize a piece of their culture.
The United Nations has been making efforts to outlaw cultural appropriation for over fifteen years. Via CBC:
Delegates from 189 countries, including Canada, are in Geneva this week as part of a specialized international committee within the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), a United Nations agency.
Since it began in 2001, the committee has been working on creating and finishing three pieces of international law that would expand intellectual-property regulations to protect things like Indigenous designs, dances, words and traditional medicines.
The meeting takes place as concern grows worldwide about the rights of cultures to control their own materials. In the U.S. this week, designer Tory Burch agreed to change the description of one of her coats for women after Romanians protested that it had been described as African-inspired when it actually appropriated a traditional Romanian garment.

“medicines”
Got it. Ban the export of antibiotics and vaccines immediately, and their use abroad. Wouldn’t want American culture to be “appropriated”.
They want everything to crumble into small bits so they can usurp power without resistance.
They can start with Moo’s wigs.
No St. Patrick’s Day except for the Irish.
Isn’t this more about LAWYERS wanting to create more opportunities for lawsuits ?
Get rid of the UN. It is worthless and serves no purpose for the USA. Who cares what these people think. Throw them out of here. Let these delegates rot in their hell hole country(s).
No more celebrating St. Patrick’s Day, wearing green hats and wearing Irish symbol themes. Don’t want the UN goons arresting us for cultural appropriation of the Irish! One of my son-in-laws is of Irish descent, and dresses up my grandkids for St. Patrick’s Day in green. Guess that’s okay since they’re half-Irish, but not okay for me.

Which proves that the UN is, amnong other horrible things, racist.
Didn’t seem to bother the United Nations when Blacks in South Africa wanted to appropriate the White’s culture down there. Doesn’t seem to bother it when ethnic groups seek to appropriate White Culture in the United States either.
One might think they are perpetrating a fraud.
I think a lot of nonwhite people will be unhappy they have to give up the white mans medicines, machines, clothing, music and cuisines.
No more tampons for nonwhite women. Now that is gonna hurt. That alone will sink this initiative.
You can still eat it but when you order it you have to mispronounce it ;’}
Segregation forever-Oh wait........!
When you look at ANY pictures from overseas, note how many baseball caps, and sneakers there are. Does the United States get them all back?
This is just the latest socialist ploy to create division and keep the demographic groups angry at each other, and attention off the socialists.

The 3rd world can go back to putting women in special menstruation huts.
FUUN
I will grant you Texas citizenship which allows you to eat all the chili, frito pie, vadalia onions, hatch chilis, King Ranch chicken casserole, chicken fried steak, chimichangas, fajitas, sausage kolaches, Dr. Pepper, hamburgers, frozen margaritas and corn dogs your heart desires. Don’t let those damn Yankees tell you these foods didn’t originate right here in the great state of Texas.
So if a Norwegian makes tacos he can be arrested? What is the point of this?
Nonono.
Anywhere. If you are not white you cannot use them, regardless of where you live. Its cultural, not by where you physically are.
