The gunman who opened fire on a Republican congressional baseball practice session this morning has been identified as a Trump-hating Bernie Sanders supporter. Sixty-six-year-old James T. Hodgkinson from Belleville, Illinois, was killed by Capitol Police after firing up to 100 rounds from an assault rifle at a baseball park in Alexandria, Virginia, leaving four injured including House Majority Leader Steve Scalise.
Hodgkinson was a staunch Bernie Sanders supporter and campaigned for the left-wing senator to get the Democratic nomination for president last year. The union tradesman, threatened to 'destroy' the president and his administration on social media.
He was shot by two U.S. Capitol Police officers who were accompanying Scalise to Eugene Simpson Stadium Park for the scheduled baseball practice ahead of Thursday night's charity match.

“Six months after Donald Trump won 306 electoral votes, you have people still trying to make it go away, and this is the president. This is the people’s house. This is their government,” Conway said on Fox News’ “Fox & Friends” in an interview from the south lawn of the White House.
“I would love to hear the new DNC chairman, Tom Perez, Bernie Sanders, the Democratic senator from Vermont, who are going out on the road starting today, and I would love to hear Hillary Clinton, who lost to Donald Trump handily,” she continued. “I would love to hear them come forward as leaders of the Democratic Party and tell the people to stop. They have a right to express their First Amendment beliefs but at the same time, violence is not going to get us anywhere.”
“I would love to hear democratic leaders of the party, instead of still talking about the election, move forward and help us negotiate,” she said. “Help us get some Democratic votes on tax reform and health care reform and infrastructure.”

Yes...I looked a little further at his writings and background......like most who write and report they ALL want to get the headlines and be famous....he’s no different. News agencies here in the US are far more about “celeb reporters and pundits” then they are real news today...just another reality tv show framing the script to play to an eager audience.

Wrong, people, art is EXPRESSION and COMMUNICATION. If your expression is calling for, celebrating, violence against your political opponents, that is completely different from representing some historical moment of the past ala Shakespeare.
