Massive Fire all up and down and across the thing. No way the fire could engulf like this without help.

I almost posted the same, though the thought posited by some that outside of the U.S. they aren’t particular about what they put on the outside of their buildings gave me some pause. Still, upon reflection, I can’t see it being neglected long enough to spread downward 26 floors. I’ve personally been inside (very briefly) a Church after the roof caught fire, and fire will eventually work its way down, but generally heat rises—there is a reason why you can build a fire on top of ice.
