Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, Director of National Intelligence Director Dan Coats, National Security Agency Director Admiral Michael Rogers, and Acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe testified at a hearing on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA).
Their documentation might be relevant to his case
Particularly if he was the one signing off on illegal unmasking
Not just confusing, also potentially contradictory. If they assert executive privilege, they can't give the answers in a classified hearing.
Also, giving answers here does not in any way step on Mueller's investigation. Answers here are raw data, the same stuff Mueller will work with. Well, let me modify that, Mueller's investigation is in principle secret, so these questions are NEVER asked or answered in public. But the whole point of appointing Mueller was to appease the public, which means "give answers."
POTUS may have asked for their opinion on Comey before he was fired.
They would not want that made public before he testifies.
It might also show their bias or other negative material against him
Wouldn’t that be something... totally explains the RAT malice in leaning on the witnesses. If they get Comey in a perjury trap tomorrow, then Sessions can blow the HRC investigation back open and finally shut that ‘praying’ b*tch back up. That’s why the sudden sympathy surge the Clintons are attempting.
EO is just a ruse -— a guise to shut up the questioner
That facts could flip him. He doesn't want to stick himself to any illegal actions by Comey.
Sdthree, among others, posits the ‘fake russian document’ is an email from DWS to a Soros rep confirming that HRC would not be indicted per Lynch/Comey. If McCabe’s fingerprints are found on that email - if it exists in Comey’s raided docs/comms - that high-sec political crimes prison in PA will have to prepare the welcoming party by noon tomorrow!
Kamela Harris is off on a wild tangent. She’s a real piece of work. She’s fabricating an issue. Until somebody steps on Mueller’s toes, the question of his indepenence is irrrelevant. She is completey ignorant of the history and evolution of independent and special counsel, and as Rosenstein points out, she is ignorant of the current regulations.
Executive privilege, right? Not EO? And yes, it may be a BS excuse just to buy some time for facts to come out via other avenues. Just came off to me as disingenuous, and as you posit, it was disingenuous.
She was nicely shit ER shut down. BAMB
Yes Executive Priveledge. Between typing with thumbs and auto correct. I’m lucky to communicate
Notice both said they needed to talk to WH lawyers. Didn’t say what about.
After listening to this once again mega farce of a Senate Intelligence Committee open session for more then two hours and twenty minutes, I firmly conclude this whole charade is a total waste of time and misuse of taxpayer money!!!
I suspect we will witness the same farce with ex FBI, Director, Comey tomorrow morning. Fact is: Americans, the entire Democrat Party needs to be politically destroyed at the ballot box.
Bottom line is: A total ZERO!!!
I don't understand the sequence here, or what "McCabe's fingerprints on the email" connotes.
Are you suggesting that McCabe had reason to believe that Lynch and Comey were obstructing an investigation, and let it slide?
As far as the contents of that "fake document," it is consistently described just as you did. Assurance from Lynch to DNC that Hillary would not suffer consequences even if her private server was illegal. The issue was whether this hearsay (Russian intermediary) was truthful or a hoax/fake.
And I think the news reports are consistent that Comey possessed that evidence (the Russia cover describing the Lynch/DNC communication), so we should expect his fingerprints on it.
Yeah, that salty language was a bit unexpected.
In context, I took it as clarification of waiving executive privilege, if any existed. They said they had asked about that, and hadn't yet received a clear answer.
and yet he continues to say he hasn’t answered, insinuating trump attempted to pressure him
maybe he only understands russian
they don’t know the meaning of the words no or losing
McCain now invoking the Washington Post to attack the president.
