She was just stupid actually....the ‘Democrat’ controlled congress let lapse the legal mechanism for full independence she was requesting of Rosenstein.....he knew he would be violating the law if he were to undo that by issuing a statement that Mueller is fully independent of DOJ.....
However if she got a written document stating so..and Trup was found not guilty on all counts...she could claim Muller was politically motivated....she failed.
