People at the scene have claimed the incident is a "terrorist attack".
Twitter users have suggested seeing "bodies" at the scene.
Reporters for Daily Star Online have seen people fleeing the scene and running away from the bridge in tears.
Police have cordoned off the area as they deal with the incident.
Emergency helicopters, ambulances and police cars have all been sighted in the area.

I have been watching the Euroweenies go down the tubes tonight, England apparently going into the sh!tcan with France, Germany, at least one of the Scandinavian countries, and likely many more that I am unaware of, and I was rejoicing in the possibility of salvation because of the election of TRUMP, and now seeing this about Japan is very encouraging. This Japanese attitude is of course exactly what we need to make America great again!
