So now those breaking the law to enter our country illegally are protected in California while an employer in the state following the law is subject to prosecution. If a federal agent comes to my work site to interview an employee without warrant or look at my employee records without a subpoena I as the employer am subject to a $25,000 fine.

AB-450 Employment regulation: immigration worksite enforcement actions.

I would think that federal agents can go anywhere they want.

2011: "Ha! AZ you can't enforce OUR immigration laws! We are the Feds. FEDS I tell ya!"

2017: "Screw Trump and the Feds! We're going to have our own immigration laws."

But raiding Fender for having some “endangered” wood is perfectly ok.

Rebellion in Sacramento.

You know that just as sure as there are little green apples these legislators in Sacramento have broke other Federal laws. It is really time to frog march them to jail.

The Democrats are in full revolutionary mode, the party of in your face illegality. And the republican party doesn’t care enough to stop them.

So California is getting ready for secession. So once the billions of defense dollars are gone, and considering much of what silicon Valley, Livermore Labs, and 29 military bases in the state move to Nevada or Arizona or Oregon, and 500 billion leaves the California economy, will they still think they did the right thing? I mean, they really should think these things through. But, as scripture says, Prides goes before a fall.

Indeed. They'll have the paper alright. And woe be unto anyone who interferes with a Federal Agent trying to do his job.

They’re breaking the law: aiding and abetting illegals. Enforce the damn law and arrest these POSs. At some point, this needs to happen.

So how many infantry divisions does CA have?

If CA wants to act independently then have the balls to secede. NOBODY is going to lift a finger to stop that.

If Trump can start making more judicial appointments, the warrant isn’t going to affect anything.

The U.S. Department of Justice should prepare an indictment against the State of California for giving aid and comfort to the enemy.

They can then transfer the California governor and legislature to Gitmo to await trial.

This is going to get interesting.

Isn’t this a lotta sound and fury signifying nothing? How many raids take place w/o the bloody paperwork?! The Assembly is posturing.

President Trump has been busy but sooner or later he will need to put a stop to this nonsense.

The California Assembly on Wednesday passed and sent to the Senate a bill prohibiting employers from letting immigration agents enter worksites or view employee files without a warrant or subpoena.

Then the Legislature should be held Criminally Liable for any and All Obstruction of Justice Charges for any business that follows this silly law.
