He didn’t admit anything. He refused the breathalyzer test so he could control the narrative and tell a story that paints him in the most favorable light in these circumstances.

Lawyer’s first move is the get the evidence excluded. Which they probably will.
Nope. In many states, including mine, they will get an order for a blood draw in every instance where a DUI suspect refuses a breath test.

Refusing a breathalyzer is smart, particularly if you know you haven't been drinking. Make them draw blood and prove it.
What evidence? He’s facing a DUI charge because he refused to take a breathalyzer test. Unless his lawyer is going to claim that Woods offered to take the test and the police refused to give it, there is no case to be made here.

He’s always acted arrogant, this incident no different. Supposedly there’s a dashcam video of him pulling the “do you know who I am” card.
Wonder if lawyers are fighting to bury the video. Not sure how the law pertains to dashcam videos.
Never mind. Apparently not in Florida where refusing a breathalyzer carries stiffer penalties than drunk driving.
That seems pointless and redundant in any state where the refusal to take a breathalyzer test is the equivalent of a guilty plea to a DUI charge.
The video can’t possibly be any worse than the mug shot that is all over the internet. LOL.
Tiger Woods is now at a crossroad. Yes, he’s had his problems in recent years, but his life was still manageable. This latest incident could serve as a wake up call for him to take a look at where he’s headed and turn things around, or it could be the point at which his life takes a serious nose dive.
Not here in Colorado.
Colorado law requires you to take a breath or blood test if you are arrested for a DUI, underage drunk driving (UDD), driving while impaired (DWAI), or are considered a “habitual user” of controlled substances. Colorado’s “expressed consent” law says that if you are lawfully arrested by an officer who has probable cause to believe that you have been driving under the influence, then you consent to taking a chemical test of your blood or breath for the purpose of determining your blood alcohol content (BAC). If the officer believes you may be under the influence of drugs, then you also consent to a urine test.
Ha! True..that mugshot says it all.
I'm not saying he can't recover, but his reputation and records as a professional golfer are in serious jeopardy.

When Tiger Woods is 80 years old his PR is going to be posting a Twitter message for him every six months ... telling his four remaining fans that he’s “feeling better than ever” and working hard to get ready for the next Master’s tournament — after withdrawing from it for 35+ consecutive years.
