When people you know well, admire, and who share your values do something you strongly oppose, you have two options: 1) Cease admiring them or 2) try to understand them and change their minds.
In the case of my conservative friends who still snipe (or worse) at President Trump, I have rejected option one. The reason -- beside the fact that I simply like many of them -- is what I refer to as "moral bank accounts."
Every time we do good, we make a deposit into our moral bank account. And every time we do something bad, we make a withdrawal. These conservatives have made so many deposits into their moral bank accounts that, in my view, their accounts all remain firmly in the black....

You said it so well. I get angry every time I see that damned qualifier! These writers are like prissy rich kids forced to play with the Tom Sawyers of the world and finding out they like it. But Tom has to be put in his place as well and reminded he has “flaws”.
Actually they are here in force everyday.

If you mean by that statement that he isn't a cheap labor express hack and a Free Traitor™ then good. If that is what Conservative means to you then the word needs to be retired.

Mark Levin, Hugh Hewitt, Michael Medved were close to being Never-Trumpers. But they certainly are not there now, even though they are not 100% with Trump.
McCain and Graham are prominent in the never-Trump Leftwing media.
But beyond them, name some names. Are they anyone I have ever heard of? Are they prominent people? Or people behind the curtain with power? Are they people who control big campaign donations? Who are they? Name some names.

There is that, but overriding it all it that they are given over to a reprobate spirit of anti-Christ, preparing the world for whats coming. I agree. The only thing they are trying to conserve is their bottom line. Conservatism is about preserving a way of life that is largely middle class for all Americans. While I applaud their success and wealth, these fake conservatives are working to destroy the working middle class as much as the Progs on the Left.

Not everything he says is horrible, that article has some decent things to say, it's just way too soft. Your vanity was something he should have emulated (very good btw).
I do think Prager misses it big time with the nevertrumpers. None of them had that much in their bank accounts to do what they did. I appreciate that some of them (like Dennis), came back. But for those who haven't yet, bah humbug. They need to admit they were wrong. Now. Or be called out for the phonies they are.
