Golfer Tiger Woods has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence in Florida.
Palm Beach County Sheriff's office said Woods was booked into a county prison at around 7am local time on Monday.
The 41-year-old was arrested in the town of Jupiter and then released just before 11am, prison records show.
Woods' representatives have yet to comment.
The 14-time major champion, who had his fourth major back surgery in April, said last week he felt better than he had in years and had no plans to retire from competitive golf.

His caddy can pick one out for him.
This is a protection piece.
They went from the actual arrest to trying to move into an allegation into his pain and suffering of his back to the several women who stepped forward to identify his infidelities, 12 of them. He also was caught using an illegal driver in his first couple of years that the PGA and the USGA took away from him along with a few other pros.
But before you think I am “picking on” him. Got another one. Dustin Johnson, has failed three drug tests: one for marijuana in 2009 and two for cocaine, in 2012 and 2014. He was previously suspended for the 2012 failed test, but that suspension was never made public.
But don’t worry, he used his time to the best advantage. He had an affair the PGA tried to cover up with Allie MacKenzie, wife of Will MacKenzie and they are going through a nasty divorce. He has been seen carousing bars in Florida. Oh, this was during the time that Paulina Gretzky, was pregnant with their child. It has been noticed that now, where ever he plays, Wayne Gretzky is in attendance and travels with him. Nothing like having a chaperone.

He’s worth 400 million bucks. This is just a minor skin irritation.
“The only reason I started to watch golf was Tiger.”
His first Master’s Tournament was a sight to see.
I’ll never understand why so many delight in the misfortunes of others -— celebrities or not.
He can hang with John Daly, that would be a great pairing.
Yup.
Although if he is depressed and withdrawn enough to drink and then drive himself, that doesn’t bode well for his future. There are a lot of ways to blow through millions, and maybe life itself, with bad habits.
Ruhroh, ya mean I'm not s'posed to be doing that ? !
Same here. My Husband became a very big fan of Tiger.
It should not. At lest not the DUI part.
Just because you are legally on a medication does not mean you can legally drive while taking that medication.
Well said. Anyone who’s an authentic Christian with a strong marriage is more success than Tiger Woods, despite his millions and accomplishments.
My point was that, if he used a driver (and no, I didn’t realize I’d made a mildly amusing pun), he could reach his destination without detours to law enforcement facilities or the hospital. There are so many stories of celebrities who drive poorly or while impaired, with harmful results, when they could afford a chauffeur.
The slow-motion train wreck continues...
