Facebook chief Mark Zuckerberg choked up while speaking about an illegal immigrant DREAMer during his Harvard commencement speech and declared that the fight against the forces of nationalism is the struggle of our time.

He then said, though, that the struggle of our time will be between the forces of freedom, openness and global community against the forces of authoritarianism, isolationism and nationalism.
Forces for the flow of knowledge, trade and immigration against those who would slow them down, he continued. This is not a battle of nations, its a battle of ideas.
Zuckerberg then choked up as he told the graduates that one of his top students at the Boys and Girls Club where he volunteers his time was a DREAMer...
Zuckerberg said he took him out for his birthday and when he asked him what he wanted, he started talking about students he saw struggling and said, you know, Id really just like a book on social justice.

Reservation for one, Zuckerberg, @ L’Idiot.
So.... he is against diversity after all?
Shut up and code.
Cut the chit Mark. You want cheap H1B slaves.
He reminds me of liberal friends who claim to be “citizens of the world”. I found them to be largely people adrift, floating on wealth and privilege, belonging nowhere.
Good grief, what a fool.
He made a software application that allows people to share cat videos and now he is essentially advocating overthrowing the United States? Clueless fool.
That’s right, and I recall how Bill Gates Microsoft started getting hounded for anti-trust by the Clinton Justice Dept until he started making lavish contributions to Dems and liberal world causes
The difference between patriotism and nationalism is that patriotism, which is based on love, is by nature protective and inclusive; outsiders can become patriots too, by adopting and defending the founding principles of a country, regardless of where they come from, their language, or what their cultural traditions are; or even whether the patriot’s government still subscribes to those ideals, or the whims of fashion. A person can be born in a country, share all its cultural traits, and yet not be a patriot.
Nationalism has to do with birthplace rather than beliefs; it is fearful, jealous and exclusive, meaning one’s language, culture and origins make your welfare a matter of the nation’s concern, regardless of your allegiance/patriotism, which may indeed be to a country not of your cultural or linguistic tradition. In nationalism, one can justifiably be treated as the property of the state simply because you share the same culture and language, no matter where you are. In extreme cases one state may use nationalism to invade and annex as its territory all the land upon which people sharing the same culture and traditions live, regardless of their patriotic loyalties to their own government of choice.
Poor Mark, drinking all that Kool-Aid has finally caused his brain to melt.
Is he anti-Israel? (Seriously, I don’t know).
Soros replacement
Damn. When I first read this I thought it said Zuckerberg choked.
He can go Zuck himself.
We have the design plan for “social justice!” It is called
“The Constitution of the United States of America!”
Nah. He’s just not letting on as to his real reasons.
Zuck, is that you?
It is globalism that equals authoritarianism, because the aim of globalism is to destroy the power of self-government by the people of each country through their elected legislatures.
Exactly. Who are these idiots trying to fool?
