The part about her that I really appreciated, is that we seldom heard much about here after the assassination.

Your memory is different than mine. I recall several newspaper & magazine articles every week about her marriage to the rich Greek. You couldn't watch the news without seeing her. Granted it died out once he did.

I wasn’t reading the paper every day back then.

I think it’s normal for the papers to foist her off on the public, but she didn’t seem to be pushing an agenda.

Perhaps you remember that differently too. If so, it’s my fault for not being as in tune with the media as you were at that time.
