First Lady Melania Trump became the breakout star of President Donald Trumps first trip abroad, stunning fashion industry observers by wearing only the highest quality in high fashion.
From visits to Saudi Arabia to Israel to Brussels, the former model First Lady set her sights on an extensive wardrobe made only for the most discerning of fashion tastes. In Reem Acra, to Ralph Lauren, to her love for custom-made Dolce & Gabbana, Melania Trump took the world by storm with her style, channeling an elegance and grace that perhaps hasnt been seen since former First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy.

As Melania departed with her husband for the administrations first foreign trip, the First Lady stunned in a Max Mara creme-toned knit sweater and Hervé Pierre rust-colored leather skirt. American Vogue deemed the look Melanias most fashion-forward ensemble since she became First Lady.

Exactly!
I watched a replay of her White House tour and marveled at how nervous and what I thought was terrible in the presentation.
Melania is stunning but dear Lord all the grooming, choosing, fitting and dressing to look perfect 24/7 must be maddening. I couldn’t do it, not even if I were a multi billionaire.
I wasn’t reading the paper every day back then.
I think it’s normal for the papers to foist her off on the public, but she didn’t seem to be pushing an agenda.
Perhaps you remember that differently too. If so, it’s my fault for not being as in tune with the media as you were at that time.
Or compare these photos to the one of Michelle wearing a tacky tank top that was falling off. Especially considering she was going into Italian cathedrals, where attire like that was expressly forbidden. Of course the rules don’t apply to them
Yes, and no "all this for a damn flag" whispers to her husband, either....
Correct!
I need to track down the figures of the 2016 election with Trump and Hispanics, it was a significant number, one of the largest in recent memory.
But let's get back to the important stuff ;), the fun stuff, like what a dignified, beautiful, well-dressed First Lady we have!
Yes!
I found a Non-Getty Image on Facebook :)
Thanks to everyone who also found the Non-AP pics :)
I was in high school back then.
We actually had civics and government classes back then, so were required to read and report on current events, so ya, I read a lot.
Thank you! I’m so sorry, Michelle, but you really looked a bit frumpy there... :(
Love this dress. The First Lady is so classy and I love having her as First Lady.
Two things: Diet needed here and I need to start sewing again. In that order. Sewing clothes is no fun when one is frumpy
I'd want people who looked JUST LIKE THIS:
WE FRIGGIN' ROCK..!!!
I love having her as First Lady so much, just a breath of fresh air!
I am sure you could rock anything Madison :)
I would say you would never be as Frumpy as Mooch. But that bar is set so low it's resting on the ground.
That picture is being Saved!
Okay good. Thanks for the mention.
That was such a bizarre, tacky choice......just very weird. It also is a young girl’s look, not a middle aged woman.
I will enjoy the “detonation.” Will there be colors as with fireworks?
Because the "I just rolled out of bed" look doesn't generate clicks like this will:
I think Jackie was stunning, especially her wide set eyes. She cultivated a sense of mystery.......you wanted to know more about her.
hat was a photoshop. and staring at women from behind going up stairs is creepy.>>> i haven’t seen the photo but if your are a guy and you don’t stare at a great ass going anywhere well lol.
