Get this up to SCOTUS ASAP.
If this is allowed to stand, we have no nation, and all borders are erased forever. IF SCOTUS upholds then the wack jobs destroying this country will have been 100% successful in absolutely destroyed our Constitution giving rights to every living organism on the planet that they agree with.

After more than a century of precedent , suddenly judges can flip on a dime because they don’t like what a President said in a speech somewhere. Who elected these Judges and made them King?

Send these treasonous, mental giants to Manchester and force them to watch as they gather up body parts, make them look at all those lovely children (and adults) and tell us we don’t need to keep out those who seek to destroy OUR children and grandchildren as well as we adults!!! The blood of any future victims should we have another terrorist attack here is on their hands!!!

Since when do judges get to consider “evidence” that is not part of the case? Not a word of the case has to do with campaign speeches and these SOBs are ruling based upon it.

The exclusion of aliens is a fundamental act of sovereignty
inherent in the executive power, the Supreme Court said in 1950. And lest there be doubt, Congress adopted a provision in 1952 saying the president may by proclamation and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens and any class of aliens as immigrants or non-immigrants whenever he thinks it would be detrimental to the interests of the United States.
Another federal lower court running amok, heedless of law.

How exaclty does an “inferior court” created by and subordinate to “Congress” even claim to have “Constitutional Authority” over a Branch of Government that is Separate but Equal to the very branch that “ordained and established “ the “inferior court”????

The court reasoning drips with liberal infantilism, senility, and a lack of logic so obvious that even a lib arts “professor” should shudder when reading it.

"The three dissenting judges, all appointed by Republican presidents, said the majority was wrong to look beyond the text of the order. Calling the executive order a "modest action," Judge Paul V. Niemeyer wrote that Supreme Court precedent required the court to consider the order "on its face." Looked at that way,
the executive order "is entirely without constitutional fault," he wrote."
