The 4th US Circuit Court of Appeals on Thursday largely upheld a nationwide block on President Donald Trump's travel ban, arguing that it "drips with religious intolerance, animus, and discrimination."
The Trump administration will most likely appeal the ruling to the Supreme Court.

Either the supremes knock this down or the bloody war begins.
Re: ...it drips with religious intolerance...
Sounds like the decision was written by MSNBC.
” drips” eh?
My goodness
Some law clerk had sand in his vagina
After more than a century of precedent , suddenly judges can flip on a dime because they don’t like what a President said in a speech somewhere. Who elected these Judges and made them King?
Sessions has just stated the US will appeal to the SCOTUS.
FoxNews reporting...
More so-called judges not following the law. When will Congress take a chainsaw to these courts?
Send these treasonous, mental giants to Manchester and force them to watch as they gather up body parts, make them look at all those lovely children (and adults) and tell us we don’t need to keep out those who seek to destroy OUR children and grandchildren as well as we adults!!! The blood of any future victims should we have another terrorist attack here is on their hands!!!
What Sessions needs to do is ignore these asshole judges.
They do not have any jurisdiction over the matter.
That’s what I think too joshua. Give these courts a political enema and the sooner the better!!
MORE CRAP from the 9yh Circus.
Not the 9th circuit. The federal courts as a whole now stand against the President.
It’s the Fourth Circ, uh, Circuit this time.
But it is indeed crap.
They are relying on statements that have no bearing whatsoever in the case. They look at the statute, the order and the legislative history and that’s about it.
This is judicial activism and clear tyranny.
Since when do judges get to consider “evidence” that is not part of the case? Not a word of the case has to do with campaign speeches and these SOBs are ruling based upon it.
I have other bad words to descibe it.
The exclusion of aliens is a fundamental act of sovereignty inherent in the executive power, the Supreme Court said in 1950. And lest there be doubt, Congress adopted a provision in 1952 saying the president may by proclamation and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens and any class of aliens as immigrants or non-immigrants whenever he thinks it would be detrimental to the interests of the United States.
Another federal lower court running amok, heedless of law.
Chris, while I’d like to agree with you, I can’t.
Bad judicial verdicts have to be appealed. We can’t just ignore them.
If we ignore them, we go over the line breaking the law. Then there is a charge to be made that is valid whether we like it or not.
If Trump is in violation of the law, he’s breaking the law. We support law and order.
Congress is where relief on this needs to come from if the SCOTUS declines to provide it.
Would I love to see Trump tell these judges where to go? Sure I would. Then I have to calm down and look at it in legal terms.
I don’t think the SCOTUS or the courts have the right to stop Trump from doing anything that is legal for him to do, or is proper for the president to do.
The SCOTUS and other courts have overstepped their mandate. Congress should slap that down.
Once again, here is another think the Congress is failing to do with it’s new found majority and with a Republican president in office.
How exaclty does an “inferior court” created by and subordinate to “Congress” even claim to have “Constitutional Authority” over a Branch of Government that is Separate but Equal to the very branch that “ordained and established “ the “inferior court”????
By the time this gets to SCOTUS how many will be let into the country??? I don’t want this crap to become the “new normal” for our grandchildren. Please, Jeff Sessions make this happen yesterday at the earliest.
